Announcement of the Decision on appointment of Deputy Director General of the Department of Geology and Minerals of Vietnam (12/28/2004)
On 26 November 2004 the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment signed Decision No 1695/QD-BTNMT appointing Mr. Do Tien Hung, Director of the Southern Hydrogeological and Engineering Geological Division as Deputy Director General of the Department of Geology and Minerals of Vietnam.
 
Hai Phong city organized a meeting to review 8 years of implementing the Mineral Law (12/28/2004)
Implementing Official Letter No 3742/BTNMT-BC dated 18 November 2003 of the MONRE on reviewing 8 years of implementing the Mineral Law, on 30 November 2004 the People’s Committee of Hai Phong city organized a meeting to review the 8 years of implementing the Mineral Law within the domain of the city.
